"see how these terrorists work" screams the neighbor. so now its gone too far, the town is calling a meeting. and when they do, your neighbor stands up and says that if you cant be dealt with, hes taking the high road, and settling the dispute on his own once and for all...all the while, mayor joe blow sits and smiles....knowing that his administration, police, everything, are all on the neighbors side, and you lose.
